About Graham Engineering Ltd.
Founded in 1970, with
one employee Graham Engineering is now over 100
strong. A consistent policy of investment in the
latest technology is the key to our continued
success and Graham Engineering's newest
acquisition, a £3/4 million multi-axis
High Speed Machining Centre, continues
that theme.
Teamwork is an essential element as we
continually strive towards 'Total customer
satisfaction' many of the staff having been with
Graham Engineering since those early days.
The personnel and their equipment rapidly
outgrew the original site, but foresight ensured
that expansion would be possible at the new
site. Building extensions and further
acquisition have resulted in 117,000 square feet
of manufacturing floor space at ground level.
Graham Engineering is now one of the area's
biggest employers, with a site to match.
Nuclear Engineering
Graham Engineering has been
very much involved with the Nuclear industry for
which we are now a 'preferred supplier' in the
UK and other countries, we have developed a
particular style and expertise not found in the
typical subcontractor.
This expertise has now been taken up by other
industries and Graham Engineering's portfolio
includes sole supply agreements with
Multinational companies whilst still servicing
local needs. These range from a simple profiling
service to an experienced design and build
nuclear division, the supply of satellite dishes
and the manufacture of probably the UK's most
efficient water heating system.
World wide Graham Engineering is now "a
preferred supplier"
Graham Engineering offer a multitude of
engineering processes and skills, from concept,
through design modelling and
detail, machining (3D), Laser profiling (3D and
welding robotics), large deep drawn pressing,
forming, fabricating (a variety of welding
processes, including laser), surface treatment (Vaqua
blasting), polishing, CMM inspection and final
assembly. Supporting these activities are
non-destructive testing services (x-ray or
dye-pen) and the ability to permanently identify
the product with our YAG laser engraver.
These processes are supported by the Quality
awareness that has become a way of life. Graham
Engineering's systems are being continually
assessed by a wide range of industry and
internationally recognized bodies.
