Our well-established design department is
approved to BS EN ISO 9001 / 2000. The design department is part of
the expansion and development plan that has taken place at Graham
Engineering. Our aim is to provide a quality product at an
affordable price by providing a complete service all under one roof.
Working closely with both the customer and manufacturing is the key
to getting the results you need.
We use 3D cad systems (computer aided design) to streamline the
design process, using 3D CAD we can fully build a design on screen
eliminating virtually all design problems before the job goes to our
manufacturing department.

Graham Engineering have the skill and knowledge
to design and manufacture all our own press tooling with component
dimensions from less than Ø20mm to Ø1250mm and 1850 square x 6mm
thick.
We design and manufacture inspection fixtures and gauges to prove
our tooling and to control the accuracy of our components.
We design and manufacture our own jigs and fixtures and adapt them
to our machines, we create our own production lines focusing on
Quality and efficiency.
