Graham Engineering has a
world class laser profiling and welding facility
which it is delighted to be able to offer to
others on a sub-contract basis.
Laser 1
The Optimo is a unique 3 dimensional laser
cutting & welding machine which is probably the
largest commercial laser machine in the world
and opens up a wide range of possibilities to
innovative designers and production engineers
alike. It boasts a 4kw CO2 laser and a 4.5m x
2.5m x 0.9m working envelop. Similar but smaller
machines have been extensively used in the motor
industry for a number of years. They have an
outstanding capacity for the trimming of
pre-formed pressings and the cutting of
apertures in 3D fabrications etc.
Laser 2
The Domino is a smaller but a more versatile
machine. Utilising the same 3 dimensional head
as the Optimo but with a 3kw CO2 laser and an
operating envelop of 3m x 1.5m x 0.4m is more
suitable for smaller components.
Laser 3
The Platino is a more traditional flat bed laser
with a 4kw CO2 laser and a bed size of 3m x
1.5m. This latest addition has just had a fully
automatic sheet feed system added to give it
that commercial edge.
Laser 4
The Starmark 100w YAG etching machine to give
your products that professional quality finish.
