BiBA Awards Evening

Run by the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the Be Inspired Business Awards (Biba) is Lancashire’s longest running, largest and most prestigious business awards ceremony.

This year the Biba’s has 20 awards, involves over 1000 guests, along with 100 judges and is still the one everyone wants to be involved with.

This year the Development team at Graham Engineering applied in the section of Apprentice Team of the year.

After winning 4 awards in the calendar year, one which included Adam Birtwell winning The Young Laser Welder of the Year at the AILU national award ceremony in March, expectations were high.

The award ceremony took place on Friday 15th September at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

Graham Engineerings Development team finished Runners up for this years award and received a highly commended trophy after narrowly being beaten by Leyland Trucks who also went on to win the company of the year.

So after setting the bar high on this occasion we all look forward to going one step further next year.
