Firstly, we would like to state that in these uncertain times the Company is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all its employees whilst also continuing to meet its production plans and stakeholder commitments. So, further to the short term introduction of an early/late work pattern at the end of March, the Company has now reviewed this position and has agreed a phased introduction of a plan going forward to help move closer to a dayshift pattern for all. This plan will take place over the first 2 weeks in June and its intention is to bring the workforce back onto dayshift in a safe and controlled way staggering start and finish times for each of the groups of people in each of our 4 buildings. This new staggered work pattern will ensure we avoid large gatherings of people arriving and leaving site and taking breaks all at the same time.
