June 2025 – A2E Industries Ltd. (A2E) announced the acquisition of Graham Engineering Limited (GEL) and outlined its strategic vision to unlock significant growth through leadership enhancements, targeted investments, and a focus on excellence across design, manufacture, and customer service.
As part of this vision, A2E is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Burrows as Managing Director of Graham Engineering Limited, effective October 20, 2025. Adam brings over 30 years of manufacturing leadership, including senior roles at Rolls-Royce and VEKA PLC. He has a proven track record of transforming operational and financial performance, driving profitability, and implementing LEAN methodologies to achieve sustainable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
In support of GEL’s growth, A2E is committed to fostering a collaborative and partnership approach with customers and suppliers, aiming to deliver excellence in design, manufacturing, and quality delivery. Adrian Smith, who has led the transition of ownership as interim CEO, will assume the role of Executive Chairman, while Tony Eckford joins William Rawkins and Anne Carlin as Non-Executive Directors — further strengthening the company’s governance and strategic oversight.
